Disney World Hotel Pool Closure Update

Pool upgrades are ongoing at Walt Disney World and the latest one began on Sunday, August 14. The Ranchos leisure pool at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is now closed for routine refurbishment. The pool is expected to reopen in late September, so bear that in mind if you plan to stay there anytime soon.

During the refurbishment, the Dig Site Feature Pool and the Casitas and Cabanas leisure pools will remain open and available to guests.
